Wine Ice-Cream
All the best bits of Wine & Ice-cream in one !We started making and selling our ice cream in 2016, blending our wines with traditional flavours to produce four different flavour combinations. Being a small family business and boutique producer these have been made in house ever since. However, due to popular demand we decided to take these ice creams to the next level.
We have been working with Brisbane based Lick! Ice Cream to refine the flavour combinations and bring a Chef’s expertise to our wine ice creams, working carefully to ensure the flavours of our boutique wines are matched with ingredients that are satisfyingly complimentary. We have achieved this by making sure key things like acidity, sweetness and texture work in harmony with each wine.
This has culminated in the creation of four new flavour combinations:
- Dark Chocolate & Fat Fox Port
- Shiraz & Raisin
- Merlot & Vanilla Bean
- Verdelho & Lemon Sorbet (dairy free)
These ice creams are all natural, free from stabilisers, emulsifiers, additives and Gluten Free.

All wines used in these ice creams are hand crafted at Kingsley Grove Estate and all flavour combinations have been carefully blended to perfectly complement the flavours of our wines. Only the finest ingredients are used by Lick! who work closely with growers and producers (like Kingsley Grove) to ensure that the ice creams use only Queensland’s finest produce.
The ice cream base consists of full cream, eggs and sugar with which Lick!’s team chefs are able to create custom flavours #icecreamlikenoother. All ingredients used in the ice cream are 100% Australian produced and made. We are blessed to be surrounded with fantastic produce and are lucky enough to work through Lick! with some of the finest growers and producers in the industry.
