This Tawny is made from a selection of our finest fortified wines, blended every year since 2006 to produce a full yet smooth fortified wine finished in a traditional style. This rich & mellow tawny has been matured in a combination of French & American oak barrels for up to 15 years to impart delicious nuttiness & aromas of butterscotch to intensify its natural fruity flavours. Aged in traditional oak barrels for up to 14 years, it was finished in Rum barrels for 12 months prior to bottling. These barrels were originally used for maturing Bourbon before spending over 20 years as Rum barrels. These big flavours have combined with our fortified wine to make a uniquely Queensland drop.

This delicious fortified white wine is made from our versatile Semillon grapes, matured for 6 years prior to bottling to produce a smooth but rich wine. The palate is full of intense, ripe fruit characters & backed by delicate sweetness. It will continue to develop gloriously with careful cellaring for many years but is ready for drinking now.
