This sparkling wine is made from ever versatile Semillon grapes, picked early to produce a fresh young wine which creates the lightest tingle on the tongue! Traditional bottle fermentation has produced an elegant dry sparkling wine with vibrant apple & citrus notes, finishing with a soft creamy palate & supported by crisp acidity. This wine is ready for drinking now & should be served chilled.
